Test of bars within frames

• Netscape 3 does not recognise bar width=100% and shows gif its natural size within table cells
  
• Netscape 4 allocates the space but does not show the image.
  
• The bar width="100%" right at the bottom shows only the natural bar width.

IE 4 Problem

• In Case 3 a table cell seems to take the natural width of the bar to control the width of the cell, and then display the bar itself at the width you specify.

The results may not be the same when viewed from the server compared with viewing from your hard disk.

Case A - no table - works fine
Bar width=480

Bar width=100%

Single cell gif width=100%

Case B - table width=100%

Case C - table width=400

Case D - image cell width=74 then cell width=100%
