We would be alright if it wasn't for the blasted customers...

Customers -

 are the most important people in any business

 are not dependent on us; we are dependent on them

 are not an interruption to our work; they are the purpose of it

 are doing us a favour when they contact us; we are not doing them a favour by serving them

 are a part of our business; not outsiders

 are not just a statistic; they are flesh and blood human beings with feelings and emotions like ourselves

 are people who come to us with their needs and wants; it is our job to fill them

 are deserving of the most courteous and attentive treatment we can give them

 are the lifeblood of this and any other business; without them we would have to close our doors

Do Not Ever Forget it!
